People often tell me they wish they could eat better, but they like to eat x, y, and z so much and they can’t give it up. That used to be me. I have quite a sweet tooth, but I have found lots of good tasting things to make that are also healthy. I don’t miss cake, soda, candy, and cookies one bit! In time, you can learn to like the natural taste of food, when you’re eating food close to it’s natural state. You won’t miss overly sweet and processed food once you discover how delicious it can be without all those chemicals and sweeteners!
Eating well is all about making small choices all day long, and that adds up to big health benefits.
